1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a space, or becoming a member of Assas.Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Membership & Use of Space

Membership grants access to the space type and hours specified in your plan
Members must treat the space, equipment, and other members and guests with respect
Assas.Space reserves the right to refuse or suspend membership for violation of these terms
Desks, offices, and rooms are for professional business use only

3. Booking & Cancellation

Meeting rooms, training rooms, and the event space must be booked in advance via the Assas.Space platform or reception
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booking may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows may forfeit any bundled hours included in the membership plan

4. Payments & Fees

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to applicable VAT
Late payments may result in suspension of access until settled
Prices are subject to change with prior notice to members

5. Code of Conduct

Members and guests are expected to:

Maintain a professional and respectful environment
Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
Refrain from any activity that is illegal, unsafe, or disruptive to others
Follow all health, safety, and access-control instructions provided on-site

6. Liability & Indemnity

Assas.Space is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Members are responsible for their own equipment and belongings. Members agree to indemnify Assas.Space against claims arising from their misuse of the space.

7. Intellectual Property

All Assas.Space branding, content, and materials (including this website) remain the property of Assasiyat Alenayah Limited Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Termination

Assas.Space may terminate or suspend a membership immediately in cases of serious or repeated breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other members or the space.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Eastern Province.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Assas.Space after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
